b) Parking spaces have been executed based on a building permit, and the parking spaces are included in the site plan approved for unchanged status, an annex to the Building Permit, but they have not been registered with this designation.

Parking space attestation certificate for parking spaces arranged within a compound:

  • The identity card of the beneficiary/owner (individuals) – 1 copy;
  • Standard application form – 1 original;
  • Registration certificate issued by the Trade Register of the beneficiary/owner (legal entities) – 1 copy;
  • Notarial deeds attesting to the titleholder’s status (ownership deeds – sales contracts, etc.) – 1 copy;
  • Land Book Extract (updated to date – no older than 30 days) – 1 copy;
  • Cadastral plan, endorsed/approved by an authorized cadastral surveyor/topographer (showing the shape/compound of the land, access to the plot, existing building(s), green spaces, arranged parking space(s)) – 1 copy;
  • Photographic documentation of the property (land and/or building) showing the existence of car access to the plot and the compound of the property – 1 copy.

Parking space attestation certificate for parking spaces executed based on a building permit:

  • Standard application form – 1 original;
  • Identity card of the building permit holder/owner (individuals) – 1 copy;
  • Registration certificate issued by the Trade Register of the building permit holder/owner, as applicable (legal entities) – 1 copy;
  • Notarial deeds attesting to the titleholder’s status (ownership deeds – sales contracts, etc.) – 1 copy;
  • Land Book Extract – 1 copy;
  • Building permit + site plan approved for unchanged status – 1 copy.
  • Completion of works acceptance report, if applicable – 1 copy.
