The works were completed on time as required by the contracting authority.

The works were carried out using classical measurement methods and precision equipment.

By registering the cadastral data of county roads in the Land Registry, the ownership right of Satu Mare County has been registered, and a precise inventory of all road elements has been created, resulting in a clear situation regarding the property boundary and the safety zone of county roads.

What is the role of this Framework Agreement?

This project plays an important role in modernizing the cadastre of Satu Mare County. Through these works, a clear and precise cadastral record has been ensured, facilitating the management of public assets, increasing transparency and efficiency in the administration of public property, and ensuring the legal protection of public property.

Having Land Registry titles for all county roads owned by the county, it is possible to submit projects for European/national funds in order to obtain financing for road development/rehabilitation works, and administrative procedures related to obtaining construction permits, land expropriation, and resolving property disputes can be simplified.

This project brings a number of benefits to the community, including: the modernization and maintenance of the county’s road infrastructure, attracting investments in infrastructure, economic development, and improved access to public services.
