Privacy Policy

We are required by law to inform you about the processing and free movement of your personal data, as outlined in current data protection regulations. Please take a moment to read the following information.

From the very beginning, S.C. DTG ALFA S.R.L. has prioritized the protection of personal data within its databases. This commitment extends to ongoing training for our clients on the legal and ethical aspects of data collection, storage, and processing. Furthermore, our website is designed with your data security and privacy rights in mind.

To ensure you can fully benefit from our services, including online services, we need to collect some personal data. However, be assured that we only collect the minimum amount necessary. This data collection is based on either legal grounds (such as legal obligations for tax invoices) or our legitimate interests (conducting our business in accordance with our articles of association and CAEN codes).

By using any of the services offered by S.C. DTG ALFA S.R.L., you agree to read and understand our data privacy and cookie policy as follows (see below). To make sure that everything is easy to read, we have included a heading and a short simple explanation for each aspect.

What constitutes personal data

Personal Data

Personal data are considered to be those data which are linked to a person and which make it possible to identify that person by linking that person to something that can identify him or her. Examples of such data: name and surname, CNP, location data, IP, e-mail address, etc. However, sometimes even a pseudonym or something else apparently anonymized (a coding in a database) can be considered personal data, if it is possible to easily link (e.g. by linking data in a database) that information to a person, thus allowing the identification of the person.

Sensitive personal data

There is also a special category of personal data, ‘sensitive’ personal data: genetic data, biometric data (when it can lead to the exact identification of the person – for example, a particular distinguishing mark).

Do not constitute personal data

There are also cases where the individual cannot be identified by associating him or her with various data. Thus, identification and operating data of legal entities (company name, CUI, general e-mail address, such as “office@…”, “contact@…”, “sales@…”, company’s fixed or mobile phone number, etc.) do not constitute personal data. Likewise, correctly anonymized data (which do not allow combining or reducing data sets to the point where it is possible to identify an individual with certain characteristics) do not constitute personal data.

Personal data protection information notice

In accordance with current data protection laws, S.C. DTG ALFA S.R.L. is obligated to securely manage your personal data for the specific purposes you provide it.

The purposes of data collection are: to ensure that the services we offer you are carried out in the best possible conditions and to promote them so that you are correctly and fully informed. If you would like to work with us, we collect and process your CV so that we can assess your skills and whether you fit our organizational culture.

During your interactions with our website or representatives, you may be asked to provide certain data. This information is essential for us to handle your requests accurately and efficiently. If you choose not to provide this data, we may be limited in our ability to assist you. For instance, without your email address, we can’t send you updates, and without a phone number, we can’t call you with requested details.

The information you provide is used by S.C. DTG ALFA S.R.L. However, depending on your interaction or requested service, some data may be shared with essential third parties. For example, accounting information might be shared with our accounting firm for processing contracts and invoices. To learn which specific third parties have access to your data at any time, simply contact us. We’ll then send you a list of these parties via email.

In accordance with the laws in force, you have several rights regarding the processing of your personal data: the right to information, the right of access, the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you, including the creation of profiles, the right to restrict processing, the right to request rectification or erasure of data (right to be forgotten), the right to data transfer. To exercise these rights, you may at any time submit a written, dated and signed request to office@dtg.ro. You also have the right to contact the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing and Justice.

If any of your data is incorrect, please inform us as soon as possible.

How We Protect Your Personal Data

Your personal information is stored in secure databases accessible only to authorized personnel (see above: S.C. DTG ALFA S.R.L, the accounting firm etc.). The databases housing the data you provide through website contact forms are located on a secure server within a protected data center. In the event that your data is officially requested by government officials, regardless of the reason, it will be provided to them in accordance with such requests and applicable laws. In such cases, they become responsible for protecting your data.

How We Use Your Personal Data

We’ll send invoices, tax bills, and important notifications to the email addresses you’ve provided.

S.C. DTG ALFA S.R.L. never sells your personal data, neither individually nor as part of a database.
