In order to finalize the procedure of expropriation of immovable property under Law no. 255/2010 on expropriation for cause of public utility “Străpungere Bd. Nicolae Grigorescu – Splai Dudescu” and for the disposal of the property rights over the land and building CTE Bucharest South, owned by ELECTROCENTRALE BUCUREȘTI SA, cadastral documents were prepared for both the area not affected by the overlap and for the expropriated lot, subsequently realizing a documentation of alipation.

The land resulting from the land consolidation operation has an area of 30 ha, and 147 administrative and industrial-industrial buildings are located on the land.

For this work, we used a combination of state-of-the-art surveying methods. On the one hand, we used high-quality precision equipment such as GPS and total stations to carry out classical measurements. On the other hand, we took advantage of the advanced technology of the DJI Matrice M300RTK drone, equipped with the DJI Zenmuse P1 photogrammetric camera, which allowed us to make detailed photogrammetric measurements.
