We carried out cadastral surveying works within the project “Expropriation for public utility – real estates affected by the diversion / protection works of natural gas transportation pipelines belonging to SNTGN TRANSGAZ MEDIAȘ S.A.”.

With a view to initiating the expropriation procedure of the privately-owned real estate constituting the expropriation corridor of the national public utility project “Suspension bridge over the Danube in the Brăila area”, in the counties of Brăila and Tulcea, the expropriation corridor was entered in the Land Register.

The project starts north of the municipality of Brăila, from the intersection of the DN2B (km 110+334) Buzău – Brăila – Galați with the Baldovinești road, crosses the county road DJ 221B, then it crosses the national road DN22B Brăila – Galați and the Danube River in the area of km 165 + 800 (kilometer on the Danube measured from Sulina), after which it connects with the national road DN22 (km 108+310) Râmnicu Sărat – Brăila – Tulcea, north of the locality of Jijila.

The realization of the road features planned to be executed within the framework of this project led to the relocation and protection of existing networks and installations.

Thus, under these circumstances, it was necessary to carry out works to protect/relocate and secure the pipelines in the area of the intersection with the bypass route, thus resulting in an additional site necessary for the public utility of national interest.

The need thus arose to obtain the OCPI’s approval for the additional site related to the work of public utility of national interest “Suspension bridge over the Danube in the Brăila area”, Tulcea County, resulting in a set of 9 expropriation plans, respectively OCPI’s reception minutes, for each affected area, on a surface of 33915 square meters.
