Within the framework of this project, the purpose was to provide cadastral and topographical services for the registration of the corresponding land areas LEA Gutinaș-Smârdan in accordance with the law 255/2010.

The project’s ultimate goal was to complete the expropriation procedure for private properties that make up the expropriation corridor of the national interest public utility project „Aerial Electrical Line (LEA) 400 kV double circuit (d.c.) Gutinaș – Smârdan”, expropriator being the Romanian state, represented by Ministry of Economy, through National Electricity Transmission Company TRANSELECTRICA SA.

The expropriation corridor was made up of 280 sites for which cadastral documents were drawn up in order to register the ownership of the properties in favor of Romanian State – Ministry of Economy through expropriator CNTEE Transelectrica SA.
