In the framework of this project, we provided services for the preparation of cadastral documentation and evaluation reports for the acquisition by expropriation of the privately owned real estate, which constitute the expropriation corridor approved for the “Carei Bypass km 0+000 – km 10+459”.

The project “Carei Bypass”, in Satu Mare County, involved the extension of the national road network by 11 km, in order to transit the peri-urban area of the Municipality of Carei without intersecting urban road traffic.

To this end, a Government Decision was issued to expropriate the properties affected by the expropriation corridor for reasons of public utility in order to acquire the privately owned real estate.

In order to finalize the expropriation procedure, both the cadastral documentation for the land registry of the expropriation corridor and the individual cadastral documentation for 140 affected properties were prepared.
