DRDP Framework Agreement

DRDP framework agreement finalized

We are delighted to announce the successful completion of the DRDP framework agreement for the preparation of cadastral documentation for the registration in the land registry of national road sections under the administration of CNAIR SA through DRDP Constanța within Tulcea County.

Three subcontracts were signed under the framework agreement, covering DN 22, DN 22H, DN 22A, DN 22D, DN 22E, and DN 22F. The work was completed 9 months ahead of the deadline stipulated by the contracting authority, demonstrating the team’s efficiency and commitment.

The framework agreement had a duration of 36 months.
The final value of the accepted services is 511,187.22 lei.
The total length of national roads in Tulcea County registered in the land registry is 317 km.

Benefits of the DRDP Framework Agreement

• The registration of national roads in the land registry ensures a comprehensive and accurate record of the road network under CNAIR SA’s administration. This facilitates better planning, maintenance, and decision-making related to road infrastructure development.

• By registering cadastral data for national roads in the land registry, the ownership and boundaries of these roads are clearly established. This eliminates ambiguity and potential disputes, promoting transparency and legal certainty.

The registration of road safety zones, which are crucial for ensuring unobstructed visibility and safe traffic flow, provides legal protection for these areas. This prevents encroachment and unauthorized activities that could compromise road safety.

• Possessing land registry documents for all national roads under their management enables CNAIR SA to confidently apply for European and national funding for road development and rehabilitation projects.

• An accurate record of road mileage and length facilitates precise interventions in case of incidents, road rehabilitation works, snow removal, and other maintenance activities.

• The topographic survey delivered as part of the project includes all road elements as per Ordinance 43/1997, presented in site plans, longitudinal and cross-sectional profiles. This data serves as valuable input for pre-feasibility and feasibility studies in road modernization projects.

• The availability of land registry documents simplifies administrative procedures related to obtaining construction permits, land expropriation, and resolving property disputes.

The successful completion of this framework agreement marks a new chapter in DTG’s collaboration with DRDP Constanța, paving the way for further cooperation and innovation in the realm of road infrastructure management. DTG remains committed to amplifying the value it delivers to its partners and clients by harnessing its expertise and innovative solutions to address the evolving needs of the road infrastructure sector.
