Cadastral documentation for CEO

CEO Partnership for a Green Energy Future

DTG has started 2025 strong, signing a significant partnership with Complexul Energetic Oltenia S.A. (CEO) in January.  The project will involve preparing cadastral documentation and land registration for 521 properties.

The total value of the contract is 195.916,84 lei

Contract duration: 12 months

This strategic initiative, carried out in two distinct lots, aims to optimize the land property management of CEO and ensure a clear legal framework for the development of renewable energy projects.

Lot 1 focuses on the preparation of cadastral documentation and registration of 267 properties that belonged to the former UMC Berbești for the transfer of ownership to CET Govora. Through our expertise, we will clarify the legal status of the land and facilitate its transfer in conditions of legality and transparency.

Lot 2 aims at the preparation of cadastral documentation and registration of 254 properties related to the cable routes for the evacuation of electricity from the Bohorelu, Pinoasa, S.E. Rovinari and S.E. Turceni photovoltaic parks. This lot plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient connection of photovoltaic parks to the National Energy System (SEN). By creating distinct properties, with continuity along the entire route of underground power lines (LES), the legal conditions for granting surface rights and obtaining the necessary building permits will be met.

Green Energy, Photovoltaic Parks, Romania, Sustainable Energy

Complexul Energetic Oltenia (CEO) is taking significant steps in its transition from coal-based energy production to cleaner sources such as gas and photovoltaic energy.

The large-scale project to build and operate the four photovoltaic parks is valued at 1.25 billion lei and is carried out in partnership with Tinmar Energy. These parks, located on the slag and ash dumps of CEO’s decommissioned power plants, will generate 280 MW of electricity in three years, contributing to a more sustainable energy future.

Our work is carried out in compliance with all applicable legal regulations and benefits from our vast experience in similar projects. Our partnership with Complexul Energetic Oltenia reaffirms the commitment of both companies to invest in initiatives that support the transition to a greener and more efficient energy system.

Complexul Energetic Oltenia S.A. (CEO) is the largest coal-based electricity producer in Romania, playing an important role in ensuring the country’s energy security. The company is constantly investing in modernizing its production facilities and developing renewable energy projects to contribute to a more sustainable energy future.
