Romanian Postal Service & DTG: New Cadastral Project
DTG expands its partnership portfolio with a new contract signed with the Romanian Postal Service. The project aims to provide comprehensive cadastral documentation services for an extensive portfolio of real estate properties owned by the Romanian Postal Service in six key counties: Brăila, Buzău, Constanța, Galați, Tulcea, and Vrancea.
Contract duration: 24 months.
Total contract value: 135,950 Romanian Lei (excluding VAT).
This collaboration encompasses a wide range of services, which will be detailed in this article.
Land Registry Updates: We will be updating the cadastral documentation for 43 real estate properties. This includes verifying and, if necessary, rectifying data related to buildings, land, and individual units, ensuring compliance with current cadastral records.
First-time Land Registry Registration: For 16 properties, we will be preparing the necessary documentation for their initial registration in the Land Registry. This is a crucial step for unregistered properties, ensuring official recognition of ownership rights and clarity in cadastral records.
Opening Collective Land Registers and Registering Individual Units: We will be opening Collective Land Registers and registering 10 individual units owned by the Romanian Postal Service. This procedure is essential for clarifying the legal status of individual units within collective properties.
Apartment Subdivision and Individual Registration: We will be preparing the documentation for subdividing 22 properties into individual units and registering these units in the Land Registry. This process clearly defines property boundaries and facilitates independent management of each unit.
Land Subdivision and Consolidation: We will be preparing documentation for the subdivision or consolidation of 6 land plots where Romanian Postal Service buildings are located. These operations are necessary to optimize land configuration and align with the company’s development plans.
Property Identification: We will be conducting property identification surveys for 3 properties. This service will clearly define the location and boundaries of each property, providing the necessary foundation for effective management.
Interior Surveys: We will conduct interior surveys for a total area of 1,000 square meters. These surveys are essential for assessing available space, planning efficient space utilization, and various interior design projects.
Benefits for the Romanian Postal Service:
Through this partnership, the Romanian Postal Service will gain a clear and up-to-date overview of its real estate holdings in the six target counties. Accurate and complete cadastral documentation is essential for:
◾Efficient Asset Management: Accurate knowledge of property characteristics and boundaries allows for more efficient management of the real estate portfolio.
◾Legal Protection: Proper registration in the Land Registry provides legal protection and safeguards the property rights of the Romanian Postal Service.
◾Facilitating Real Estate Transactions: Complete and up-to-date cadastral documentation is essential for sales, rentals, and other real estate transactions.
◾Legal Compliance: Ensuring compliance with current cadastral and land registry laws is a legal requirement. This project helps the Romanian Postal Service meet these obligations.
